About Lindsy Bolus

Education has always been part of Lindsy’s makeup, from being Head of Subject (Westerford) and Head of House (St Cyprian’s) to teaching internationally in the UK and Kyrgyzstan and even teaching scuba diving in Australia, Turkey, Thailand and here at home in SA. She designed and implemented a life-changing year-long programme for a group of teenagers to climb to the summit of Kilimanjaro, established a ‘Habitat for Humanity Club’ at Westerford and the Scuba Diving Club at SACS.

As an entrepreneur, Lindsy has established and run various successful businesses including property development, educational facilities (Little Sprouts since 2010) and sports adventure travel. Since qualifying as a Professional Integral Coach in 2014, Lindsy has coached CEOs, Senior Executives, Mid-level Managers, Entrepreneurs and individuals in transition. Currently, she is, amongst others, coaching UCT MBA students.

However, even though she has successfully completed extremely challenging adventures such as Iron Man, Comrades, Two Oceans, Kilimanjaro and the Himalayas, Lindsy has discovered that the most significant adventure is the journey within.

With her academic foundation and extensive personal experiences, Lindsy has tested the boundaries of her physical, emotional and psychological capacity, giving her an astute understanding of the power of personal growth.

Lindsy is currently heading up the Roots & Wings Programme. With 3 children of her own, Lindsy truly understands the challenges one faces as a parent. With qualifications in Education, Psychology and most recently her Professional Integral Coach Certification, Lindsy is perfectly placed to help guide clients through the maze that is parenthood.
